Candidate will help us exceed our bar guests' expectations by ensuring excellent customer service during lunch & dinner service.


Minimum 1 year experience bartending in a bar or restaurant • Knowledge of local NJ craft beer, wine & spirits


Basic math • organizational • hospitality • service • time-management • interpersonal communication (both written & verbal) skills Ability to: Multi-task • Prioritize • Organize • Work in a standing position for long periods of time, be able to reach, bend, stoop & lift up to 20 pounds, have stamina to work long hours as needed

Duties Include: 

Opening & closing the bar • Polishing glassware and silverware • Restocking the bar • Maintaining cash registers, change banks and petty cash • Making fresh juices, syrups, infusions & garnishes • Serving food & beverages responsibly & professionally • Helping maintain inventory of beer / wine / spirits
